How much of your conversation is either complaining (anger + helplessness) or worrying (fear + helplessness?) When you focus on something, repeatedly, with emotion, what happens? You energize it and bring it to yourself… you are using all the methods of manifestation to get what you don’t want!
from people who love to engage you in whining and complaining. People, and television, and news and politics and commercials and, and… all wanting to tell you what you should fear and worry about.
Neuroscience tells us that it takes 21 days to create a new habit in the brain. A new neural pathway to replace the old one. So you would have to stop complaining and worrying for at least that long. But, how can you even start?
First, get a plastic wristband like the ones for various charities and organizations. You probably have several of them in a drawer somewhere, right?
It’s easy. It’s simple. And it works. Just add your commitment and persistence.
Every time you catch yourself you are noticing something that you don’t really want but have been energizing and attracting into your life, let it go.
