Albert Einstein changed our understanding – of how the Universe works, forever changing Physics. That was over 100 years ago! Most people still don’t understand the most basic principles he discovered. That everything is simultaneously both matter and energy.
At this time of year
each religious tradition has a celebration of some kind. Since most of these are from religions in the Northern Hemisphere they are actually about the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year. Each day, the Sun changes position slightly and the length of the days changes until the Solstice. The positions of heavenly bodies was well know to ancient people and became the many forms of Astrology and eventually, Astronomy.
One of the most ancient teachings across mystical traditions is usually stated, ‘As Above, So Below. As Within, So Without.’ I’ve written about this before, but there are always new and continuing examples from real life. As Above, So Below. Going Bananas… . I drink nutritional shakes almost every day.
I drink them partly for the ridiculously high level of nutrition I can cram into that 16oz container. But, I also they are a medium to allow me to ingest the fresh turmeric and ginger that keep my joints happy. Turmeric is good for everything… look it up! Really!
What in the World? . I do spiritual / psychic / shamanic healing.
Hard to give it a name. But, I have become very sensitive to many things, which is what I need to be to do the work. One of the things that affects me are the phases of the Moon and other celestial events. And, solar flares. .
At it’s worst, it can be like sudden onset fibromyalgia… joint pain, weariness and brain fog. It makes it hard to do anything, much less my work.
