Be still. Breathe. Relax. Take in another breath of air. This is your body’s means for keeping you alive. This simple act that your body performs day after day, moment by moment, most often without your awareness, is essential for your survival. Just like this simple act has greatness within it, you too, whom you may think is small and insignificant, also have greatness within you and it is this greatness that you are here to share with the world.

Hermes Trismegistus
is an ancient sage whose story is steeped in mystery. Some scholars believe he invented the Egyptian hieroglyphic system, others that he built the pyramids, created the Greek alphabet and even wrote the Chinese divinatory book of I Ching. To early Christians, he was a great savant, who preceded Moses and received revelations from God. In wider terms he is often seen as the founder of civilisation, the creator of medicine, law, mathematics and philosophy. He is accredited as the author of the foundational mystical writings known as the Hermetica. The Christian saint and theologian, Clement of Alexandria, attributed forty-two books to him in total although some academics suggest the number may run into the tens of thousands. The name Trismegistus means ‘thrice great’. It refers to Hermes knowledge of the three essential aspects of universal wisdom: astrology, alchemy and magic. The key to unravelling the mystery of Hermes Trismegistus is to be found in Hellenistic Egypt.

Yes, you can sense your own thinking as well as the thinking of another. Last month, we explored the sense of words but even deeper than words is the perception of concepts. We did not discriminate it much last time. Now, we are ready to look into this more subtle level. For some people the level of words is what they relate to. To perceive the other person’s way of thinking is to get beyond the words, to get even closer to the core of their identity.
When Descartes formulated “cogito ergo sum” he understood the close connection between the thinking and the awareness of an individual’s identity.

Perhaps it is part of my Irish heritage but faerie rings in the deepest part of the forest have always fascinated me. There is an aura of mystery and magic in the mist that floats through them.

The importance to explore your personal masks
.
We all are familiar carrying masks towards not just the outside world, yet also to ourselves as well. In order to hide from any danger or not being aware. We learn in this society of duality with a male energy to it, to shield or protect ourselves. What better way then to put on a mask, to hide you feel vulnerable, or from a place of fear for prosecution.

Sitting today in some kind of in between plane, feeling a bit raw and undefined. Reading up posts that are being shared with uplifting messages about growing awareness. My journey over the past 40 years is coming to some kind of renewal again. As I have experienced so many, yet this one feels different. How come this is feeling more undefined as to those points of change where it was clear what I was dealing with. Something was triggered yesterday, bringing up familiar memories about lifetimes with the red threat of female domination and violence. It is yet again a new round on the spiral of life, only this one combines it all together.

Popcorn Multiverse – by Moon Laramie

Whenever someone decides to make popcorn, something miraculous occurs. The tiny brown popcorn kernels undergo a spectacular transformation into fluffy yellow bitesize nuggets. This is because of the endosperm inside the kernels. This endosperm contains moisture. When heated the moisture turns to steam. Chaos ensues as the force of the steam builds up. Eventually the walls of the kernels can no longer contain this growing tumult. The force of the steam ruptures the walls. The contents burst out, expanding to up to fifty times their original size. They ultimately cool and set into their brand new form, pieces of popcorn. The making of popcorn follows a trajectory of chaos, force, expansion and transformation. This process in the humble popcorn is a microcosm of the creation of the multiple universes or multiverse described in the Ageless Wisdom.

Popcorn – what you put in isn’t what comes out – by Rhea Dopmeijer

I was thinking about popcorn and the way you can create with simple corn a lovely treat, either salty either sweet. It all depends on taste, doesn’t it? It is a lot like the way we use our own experiences through our day to day life. Challenges are triggering the to discover unknown seeds, in order to discover what it brings forth. Sometimes it feels like a microwave at times when we find ourselves deep into the emotional state which is connected. Every emotional state is connected with our mind as well our body. Sometimes things just pop up, out of the blue. Other times, we can create some space and time to ponder on what it is that needs to be uncovered. No more leaves to hide the seeds, so to speak.

A holon is a wholeness and a part of a bigger whole at the same time. You are a holon. Your organs are holons within you. Your health depends on the harmony and cooperation between your organs. It is the higher organisation that you represent that takes care of that.
