How expressive you are is a question of your inner treasures. The old Chinese spoke of 3 treasures San Bao (San = 3, Bao = treasure). They are Shen, Jing and Qi.

They are all related to how expressive you are. The Jing is the quality you inherit that can best be compared with a bank account or battery. If the account is full of money or the battery fully charged, you can live on it for a long time. Parents and grandparents that live long is a good sign that you also might have a good Jing.
