Change isn’t easy to go through, but it can transform your life.
We can easily become comfortable, stuck or rigid, for example; Imagine a water tap with lime building up over time. Isn’t it better to clean it, or change parts of it and then eventually replace it? These changes lead to better temperature control, better flow, less noise, and even makes it look better!
Embracing change can make us more aware, alive, optimistic and eventually fearless. Becoming a stronger part of a bigger unit or team.
You should always ask for help and support, we are after all part of big family. Don’t avoid or turn away from change, try to continue through it as it may surprise and transform you!
Change can make you stronger and more confident, preparing you for the new changes ahead. Being a part of those changes will unlock your potential and capability, showing YOU your true value!
Change can be difficult, especially when you have been comfortable for so long. This sedentary state can be unhealthy on your body as well as your soul.
Did you know that our body’s change on a molecular level all the time. Our immune system learns by adapting and changing. We are dynamic by nature, so our lives’ should be too.
Our happiness is measured by events that happen in our lives: news we are pleased to hear and then our hearts begin to open! Did you know your heart is the centre for creativity and when it’s working correctly you make, reinvent and express yourself, doing all that creates your happiness. When you allow your heart to embrace change, your heart opens up to new things; things that make you more than you are and push you forward. This is where a sea of excitement, anxiety and eventually fearful emotions can set in.
If you are facing change in your life, are you finding it an easy process? Are you finding things tough?Ask yourself why? What’s holding you back from moving forward?
Find the courage to take the first step into the unknown like I do. Don’t let one word stop you from becoming a bigger, better, happier and healthier person with more knowledge, potential and opportunities.
