While we are going on our journey through life, we talk about walking the walk.  What if part of that  journey was spent  dancing? What would the dance be like?  Again, I have looked at the letters in dance and come up with some ideas for things that have helped me at times during the journey..

D is for Divine –  Whether you believe in God or not, has nothing to do with how you perceive the word divine.  In one sense, it evokes qualities  like God.  When we process God as the eternal energy of the Universe, then there is a divine element to all of our lives whether we admit and recognize it or not.  To recognize that divine, God-like quality in all that we encounter, can certainly ease some of life’s pathways.  There is another meaning to divine which is just as important when we are considering easing life’s path.  When we say something is divine, we are acknowledging that it is excellent or delightful.  Anytime that we see something with delight, it evokes within us a pleasurable feeling which can help transcend the gloomier times on our journey.  When we look with a delightful eye at what surrounds us, we are indeed creating a smoother path.  So regardless of the meaning you attach to the word “divine” you are easing your journey.

A is for angel –   Again, we have two distinct meanings, both of which can help us attain a higher degree of satisfaction in life. When we think of “angel” in the spiritual sense, we are considering a messenger of God.  We think of them with wings and long robes but angels can be all around us in the humans we encounter.  We can be angels in those encounters also.  This keeps us in line with the second kind of “angel” and that is someone with exemplary conduct or virtue.  When we find people in our lives who are kind and compassionate, we often refer to them as angels.  Any time there is a quality of respect and reverence for life, we can consider that angels are present watching and standing ready to provide us with just what we need at any given time.

N is for Neville Goddard. – Neville Goddard was one of the pioneers who shared the concept that “imagination creates reality” and shared what has become known as the “Law of Attraction“.  When you begin to study and practice the fundamentals of the Law of Attraction, your journey becomes amazing.  Your thoughts change and as they change, your life changes.  You see things through the world of vibrations, you elevate your very existence from that of a bystander to that of a co-creator with the Universal source of all.  Your life takes on qualities that leave you with joy, peace, contentment, appreciation, and happiness.  You learn that the only thing that is important is that you feel good.  It becomes your prime intent to live a life filled with happiness regardless of outward circumstances.  If you are not familiar with the writings of Neville Goddard, you can search YouTube or find his books at your local bookstore.  His books are well worth studying in order to ease your journey and understand a bit more about how to maneuver your current journey in the most pleasing way possible.

C is for create – We are here to become creators.  When we look at our lives, we often think that life is what happens to us and that we have very little control over it.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  The life we are living here and now is direct result of what we have created.  We are choosing our life either by intention or by default.  Once we realize this, it then becomes necessary for us to think and feel in a way that can cause us to deliberately create the life we want to have.  We learn to set out intent, throw out into the Universe what we want for our lives.  Then we live every day in a state of appreciation and love knowing that we will receive our greatest desires when we simply allow them to come to us.  We are here to create and in that creation, we cause an expansion of the Universe.

E is for Evolve –  Now, this word has caused a lot of debate in recent years and there is really no reason for that, in my way of thinking.  To evolve, in its simplest terms, simply means to develop gradually.  That is what we all do  in every aspect of our lives.  When we are born, we are able to do little but we develop gradually and begin doing more and more daily.  All species develop in this way.  Evolution is a gradual process of change and it exists whether we believe it or not.  When we embrace our evolution with a sense of expectancy rather than fear, we open up a magnificent life.  Our days become filled with excitement as we greet them with a sense of anticipation of what wonderful things may unfold for us.  When we look at evolution as a positive, natural way of our existence, it takes the fear that some would have us live in and turns it to a sense of wonder in life around us.  It is this sense of wonder that gives us a spring to our step.  When we live in anticipation for each day we cannot help but have an easier time along our journey.
