Music, Fun, Laughter, Dancing, Movement, Enjoyment
When was the last time you really enjoyed yourself with Music?
Let yourself move.
When was the last time?
Well it is time to do it again.
Let yourself have music in your life, all day, every day.
Now that doesn’t mean you are going to be listening to music on the radio or other electrical equipment; it could be the music of Nature, the sounds that surround you.
Listen to the wind in the trees, listen to the birds singing, listen to the buzz of insects, listen to waves lapping along the shore or the trickle of a river or a stream, listen to the sounds of the animals, their song.
Spend time in silence, listening and while you are listening you may hear our voice and the voice of many friends, the voice of guidance, the voice of your heart.
Listen to the silence, to its beauty, to its peace and calm.
Relax. Relax. Relax and just let yourself listen.
Still your mind, become aware of your breath, just breathe and if your mind starts racing, concentrate on your breathing.
As you breathe in and as you breathe out. Concentrate on the feel of the rising of your chest and its falling as you breathe out.
Concentrate on the feel of your body, if you are sitting, your back against… whatever…
If you are in nature, it could be against a tree. If it is, let your head go back and just feel and listen and sense.
With your eyes closed, listen to the beat of your own heart, the gentle rhythm and feel that gentle rhythm within Nature as you become one with your surroundings.
Nature is a gift, Nature is beauty, Nature knows how to live.
Be aware of Nature. Be aware of life, your life.
Allow more music and dancing and fun and laughter and enjoyment into your life.
Listen to your heart, to what excites you, what motivates you, what energises you.
You are an amazing being, listen to your heart, to the music within and experience the dance of your life.
