Greenman: A Message from – by Sara Jane

.
Spring is here, Spring is sprung. Have you allowed your eyes to see, to watch the re-awakening?
The daffodils have dillied, the cherry blossom has fallen like snow, the shoots on the trees are opening up into leaves. The gorse is in bloom, the primroses and bluebells are brightening the hedgerows and woodland floors; a living carpet of colour.
The birds are busy building their nests, the bees collecting nectar and cross pollinating so that the trees bear fruit. Nature is a hive of activity, welcoming in the longer days, the warmth of the sun, new life.
What about humankind? What about you in particular? What are you doing? What does Spring mean to you? What does nature mean to you?
Did you know that if all the Bees died man could/would die of starvation? How aware of the natural order of things are you?
Questions, questions, questions; why so many questions? Because your natural world, the oceans, rivers and lakes, the heathlands, moorlands, grasslands, mountains, woodlands and forests, all the insects, birds and animals Yes ALL of them, are important to the survival of humankind.
Humankind cannot survive without the natural world; however the natural world can survive without humankind.
Mother Nature, Gaia has given humankind a beautiful garden to live in, to feed and nurture you; there is enough for everyone if you are prepared to share everything equally between you. If you are prepared to work with Mother Nature to ensure the best is given back to her, to produce even better next year.
Please be open to the knowledge, experience and teachings of the Indigenous Peoples such as the Native Americans and Aborigines.
Stop interfering with the balance of nature, the Mother is capable of taking care of that and if necessary that will include the destruction of humankind or at least a great reduction in humankind’s numbers.
Humankind is more like an out of control virus and a virus that gets to big will eventually destroy itself by destroying everything it feeds off.
I love you, the Mother loves you but can you not see how you are hurting her? Can you not see that She is having to show “tough love” to help you understand that you are hurting Her? That you are trying to destroy Her with your greed and inflexibility to share, not only with each other but with the rest of the natural world?
Open your eyes, your minds, your hearts; can you make a difference as an individual? YES. Start with your own actions; let others see them, encourage them with their actions. One small pebble thrown into a pond starts small ripples that will become waves. Be that pebble, help others become your ripples, which will become the waves.
This is your life, your planet, they are one; learn to be at one with the Mother and your life will become richer, happier and more fulfilling than you could ever have imagined.
My Love, Our love to you All
At this time of re-awakening
Your Special Friend
