Hush hush, listen! – by Andreas N. Bjørndal

You can listen to an audio version of this article, look further down.

We have all experienced it, that voice, that little message, or intuition telling us something.
It can be rather trivial; remember … didn’t you just forget ...  and there we are saved, now we have the keys, the mobile or that book we promised to bring.

konkylieSometimes it is a hunch of not saying something in a discussion or being careful around a decision. Sometimes it is a genius solution to something you have been wondering about for days or even weeks.

We all have it, a guide, an inner conscience, an angel, a higher self – you can call it what you want.

It is talking to us often, but so many people have forgotten that inner voice so much that they do not even listen to it.

We can train our ability to listen to it, it just requires us to be silent, to reflect, to stop for a few seconds, to just have those small breaks of presence in whatever we are doing – just stop and listen!

The magic happens now!

About author

This article was written by Andreas Bjørndal

There is a common theme in much that I do: • I love to be an active part of growing awareness, insight, inspiration and spreading a unifying knowledge. • I care for promoting health and development, creating improved harmony and unity within the individual as in their relation with their group. • I search for a unified understanding across seemingly unconnected areas of knowledge including perennial as well as scientific. • I have coined the term "holonistic knowledge" which I share in my blog: • I write, blog, debate and teach around the world • I practice complementary therapies as homeopathy and acupuncture as well as counsel and supervise individuals, partners, couples and families to find the core theme in their lives and how they can resolve and master that.
