You are very Special, it is time you gave yourself some “Me Time”.

Light a candle, put on some gentle relaxing music and just sit and watch the flame dancing.

Allow yourself to relax, to unwind; feel the tensions leave your body, feel your muscles relax. Let your eyes close and feel the music wash over you.

Become aware of your body, of how it is feeling, especially as you let it relax and totally unwind.

Be aware of your thoughts or lack of them, as you let go of the everyday things that are going on around you.

Give yourself regular time during which you can switch off from the world; let yourself connect with your guides and guardians.

Ask us a question in this time and listen for the “answer”; it is easier for us to answer you when you are still and your mind is quiet.

You may hear us or visualize, have a dream or you may get a sense of knowing.

Sometimes our response will come in the words of a song you are listening too or in the words of a poem or book you are reading; you may over hear part of someone else’s conversation or see words on a bill board.

Be open to receiving our support and guidance, we are here for you, we all love you just the way you are.

As you let yourself have more me time, you will find you cope better with life, that you let go of other people’s problems and issues, letting them get on with their own.

Life will not change, the people around you will not change but your reactions will change; you will feel as if you have had an attitude adjustment.

In gentleness, there is great strength, allow yourself to be strong enough to be kind and gentle with yourself.

The greatest kindness you can do for your family and friends is to be kind to yourself.

Encourage them to do the same, to be kind and gentle with themselves.

There will always be those mundane things of life that are to be done, ask our help and support with them, helping you to enjoy them, to feel pleasure once they are completed.

Play music as often as you can; if there is a physical task to be done, play something lively, happy and upbeat that you can sing along too.

With each task see it as an opportunity to grow, as a new experience; you can turn the mundane into the extraordinary when you realize you can change how you think and feel about it.

Love your life, live your life, enjoy every moment of it; be as a flame that gives light and dances throughout its life.
