What do you think of when I say time? Do you have enough of it? Is there a clock that is running your life? Will it run out and when?
These are questions I think everyone asks themselves at some point in their life. What can we do to understand time? How does it work for us? My own perspective is that the clock doesn’t matter. You have no control over when it runs out. There is enough time to do what you want and need to do. It’s all about being in the moment. When you take time to love yourself first, then you can take care of everything else in your life. Connecting to your heart can give you peace of mind. When you have peace your calm, when your calm the universe is your best friend. Things flow to you in an easy way.
Have you ever noticed that when you’re in a rush, many obstacles are put in your path? Being in a hurry creates stressful, negative emotions. This says to the Universe I am worried. Then the Universe gives you more of what you are worried about. More traffic, red lights, late buses, unhappy people.
When you are not in a hurry, just the opposite occurs. You say I’m happy, relaxed and calm to the Universe. The Universe responds by giving you less traffic, more green lights and happier people. This is living in gratitude and appreciation for everything in your day and your life. You and I have the ability to do this every day.
Take some time for yourself everyday, give thanks for all the good things in your life. Get up 15 minutes earlier so you can meditate, take a walk on your lunch break and connect to your heart, listen to some spiritual music on your commute.
These are just a few ways to bring calm relaxing energy to your day, then time won’t seem like its your enemy. We really don’t know how much time we have in life; that’s okay, If we can live in the moment and relish each day like its our last.
How would that feel? Pretty amazing I think! What do you want to do with your time? Whatever it is, do it! The Time is Now.
