Where am I going? How will I get there? Am I making the right choices? This is a pretty common theme that runs through most of our lives. What is the best way to answer these questions?

The best way to do this is with both feet on the ground, By both feet on the ground, I mean being grounded. If we can go within and find that space of peace and harmony, then we can make grounded decisions that will be fruitful in our lives and for our lives.

How would I go about that you say? Well, I’m going to let you in on a little secret. Everyone has access to Divine wisdom. Let me say that again “Everyone has access to Divine wisdom!” You don’t have to belong to a certain belief system or religion, you just have to go inside and believe in yourself. What do I mean by that? We are all Divine creations of God living in this vessel we call a body. So, if that is the case then we are all connected to God, Source, the Universe. The Divine intelligence that created us is within us.

So, is how do we access it? I’m glad you asked. We go within. If you are familiar with meditation or yoga, you already know how to calm your mind and go within. If you are not, I will give you my version of daily Going Within or meditation if you prefer. First thing in the morning, (after my coffee), I go to a quiet space in my home, close my eyes and take some deep breaths. From this space of inner peace and harmony I connect to God and ask that I receive the Divine wisdom that I need for the day. You can focus on your breath or listen to meditation music if you like, whatever helps you to get there, then you ask that you will be connected to Divine intelligence and your intuition for the rest of the day. When you are finished, thank God for all the wonderful people and things in your life, sprinkling gratitude on everything is a wonderful way to receive more of the good in your life.

Now, you’re ready to greet the day with both feet on the ground. It is an amazing way to start and end your day.By doing the same process at night it also helps you sleep better.

My Wish for you, is to be able to connect to Divine wisdom on your path to a wonderful fulfilled life. Many blessings on your journey.

Namaste

Perfect totally agree, everyone has access to Devine wisdom.
We live in a world of ‘Don’t stop, and don’t think for yourself”.
What a cocktail of confusion, instability leading to anxiety.
No wonder we feel that we don’t know who we are or where were going !
Thank you for this written and spoken meditation on how to access this inner godliness from within.
Love and blessings from South Wales
