Crunchy Leaves and Pumpkin Spice Cheese – by Annette Rochelle Aben Editor

Everything is pumpkin spice these days. Seriously, I just heard that a processed cheese “food” has come out with a pumpkin spice flavor. Ah, yes, there is excitement in the air, as it is autumn.

Colors appear in places where green was the only option merely weeks before. The sound of crunching when we walk makes us aware that while there is something greater than ourselves in the world, we are all connected.

The “death” cycle begins.

What are you willing to let go of this time of year? Would you find it easier to let go if you knew that as the “renewal” cycle started, greater and grander would appear?

Trust. Trust that this is precisely how it works.

Choose. Choose to release that which has served its purpose to the energy of transformation. Allow nature to take its course. Become one with the world as it celebrates the recycling of life.

Oh my gosh we are on the same thought vibration. I love the crunch and smell of leaves. I will think of that letting go part as it has always been a challenge for me. Thanks for the reminder.
