Spring in My Step – by Annette Rochelle Aben Editor

I love me some April. We turn the corner from winter to spring and that means fresh, green and new all around. I can see the buds on the cherry tree in the front yard, wanting to burst forth and I know that one of these mornings, I will be greeted with the glory of nature’s joy!

I also love this month because I start to feel like I want some freshness in my living space. This means I move things around, change up my eating habits and try one new thing I have never done before. Not saying I’ll continue that new thing, but I’ll give it a try.

What are your spring experiences? Are you a gardener who is turning the soil over and starting seedlings in the shed? Perhaps you are a runner and have decided to prepare for a marathon coming up this summer. Whatever you are up to, I wish you all the best. Here’s to our fresh, new days, may they put a spring in our step!
